Technical Specification
At Geminos we can produce technical specifications for academic papers. Academic papers are meant to describe an idea and prove that this idea is correct and interesting. It never had the objective of being used directly as an implementation guide; parameters are often missing, and some sub protocols are left to be chosen. In the meantime, fixing what is not described in the papers can involve security breaches; it has to be done carefully by understanding the full security proofs and implications. So why would anyone even want to implement a new element from an academic paper?

This is because they may allow a huge gain in efficiency, bringing a real economic value. Academics' new findings can also bring new capabilities that were impossible before.

Geminos can make the academic world and real world applications meet by writing technical specifications on desired academic papers.

Solution/product based research
The problem can be taken the other way, if a product requires a solution, at Geminos we can take your problem as you describe it, we frame it into a cryptographic friendly language and search for an existing solution in the academic literature. We can then produce a technical specification out of the papers found.

Research on demand
When the academic literature fails to meet a company's requirements, Geminos can undertake this research. The outcome ranges from a brand new full solution description, roadmap description, to a selection of multiple solution options.
